Termina hoje (9) o prazo para que os candidatos pré-selecionados pelo Fundo de Financiamento Estudantil (Fies) complementem os dados de inscrição. O prazo vale para os candidatos cuja inscrição foi postergada para o 1º semestre de 2023 – no caso, as efetivadas em semestre posterior ao que o estudante foi pré-selecionado para uma vaga no programa, segundo o Ministério da Educação.
A complementação dos dados de inscrição deve ser feita exclusivamente pela internet, na página do Fies até as 23h59 de hoje.
O Fies é um programa que possibilita, a estudantes, o financiamento das mensalidades nas instituições de educação superior não gratuitas. O programa é dividido em diferentes modalidades, possibilitando juro zero a quem mais precisa, e uma escala de financiamentos que varia conforme a renda familiar do candidato. O acesso aos cursos têm por base a nota obtida no Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem).
O MEC alerta que, após complementar a inscrição, os estudantes devem ficar atentos a alguns prazos estipulados para as próximas etapas do programa. “Em até cinco dias, contados a partir do dia seguinte à complementação da inscrição, o candidato deve validar as informações já declaradas diretamente na instituição de ensino para a qual foi pré-selecionado”, explicou, em nota, o ministério.
Além disso, acrescenta a nota, “em até 10 dias, contados a partir do terceiro dia útil seguinte à data da validação da inscrição pela Comissão Permanente de Supervisão e Acompanhamento (CPSA), o estudante deve comparecer ao banco para entregar a documentação exigida para a contratação e, uma vez tendo obtido a aprovação, formalizar o financiamento”.
O MEC ressalta que toda instituição de ensino que participa do Fies conta com uma CPSA, e que compete, a esse setor, tratar dos assuntos relacionados ao financiamento, bem como oferecer informações sobre os procedimentos para a entrega da documentação exigida.
