Usando o Whats App, que é mais barato, é preciso que se comunique ao mundo, e à família, incluídos aqueles primos distantes que por canalhice ou covardia não irão aparecer no enterro, que a Democracia morreu ontem, pouco depois da meia noite, depois de vários atentados e longa perseguição e sabotagem que durou mais de 10 anos, no plenário do Supremo Tribunal Federal, na Praça dos Três Poderes, em Brasília.

E agora o terceiro, promovido por um esquema jurídico que aceitou distorcer, de fato, a interpretação de suas leis e a essência da Constituição, para impedir a qualquer custo a candidatura de um cidadão que está em primeiro lugar nas pesquisas de intenção de voto e a sobrevivência política de sua agremiação partidária.
O republicanismo pueril e a adoção, por um governo de esquerda, de novas leis fascistas, depois de cair no conto do vigário do combate à corrupção, também deveriam ter servido de alerta de que estávamos encampando a arbitrariedade e a hipocrisia e nos encaminhando para um regime cada vez mais nefasto, perigoso e infame.
Na ânsia de acalmar a cadela de Brecht – o monstro insaciável do fascismo – fomos levando, qual Abraão para o holocausto, filho por filho, cedendo, como a Chapeuzinho Vermelho indo para a anunciada e inexorável cena na casa da Vovó, a cada vez que era abordada pelo lobo no caminho.
Sempre acreditando, com uma ingenuidade – ou arrogância, o que não deixa de ser a mesma coisa – dignas de piedade, que o caçador e a salvação iriam aparecer depois da próxima curva.

A partir do Lulaço de ontem – como deverá ficar conhecido na história brasileira – fica decretado e totalmente estabelecido e sancionado pela maioria dos Ministros da Suprema Corte que qualquer cidadão pode ser condenado sem provas a mais de 12 anos de prisão em regime fechado, com base na mera delação de desafetos ou de investigados presos prévia e “provisoriamente” por semanas ou meses.
Pelo testemunho, sem provas tangíveis, de quem a isso foi obrigado pela pressão dos acusadores e a imperiosa motivação de recuperar – ainda que de tornozeleira – sua liberdade.
Que não poderá um cidadão – ou melhor, sua mulher – desistir, no meio do caminho, da compra de um apartamento, que apesar disso ele será considerado – apesar de não ter nenhuma escritura em seu nome – seu proprietário.
Mesmo que esse bem tenha sido publicamente usado e indicado como garantia em negócios, dívidas e contratos, pela construtora que ergueu o empreendimento.
Que bastará, sem fundamento, a confirmação automática de uma injustiça em segunda instância, para que, no lugar de ser corrigida, ela seja reiterada e o cidadão vá para a prisão, inapelavelmente.
Em um país em que há cem milhões de processos em andamento e 40% dos cidadãos que se encontram atrás das grades são presos provisórios, na maioria das vezes sem acesso a qualquer tipo de assistência jurídica.
Fica, ainda, complementar e paralalemente estabelecida, a prevalência de uma tal de “jurisprudência democrática”, a Lei Pilatos, o iudex vulgus.
Bastando para a prisão do cidadão, ainda sem trânsito em julgado, que a turba se junte nas ruas para escolher entre Barrabás ou Cristo.
Fazendo “justiça” na base do coro irracional dos latidos babosos cheios de perdigotos de ódio e hipocrisia.
Para, como nos mais reles linchamentos no início do século passado no sul dos Estados Unidos, prelibar o ruído da quebra do pescoço do “bandido”, procurando, com um pedaço de corda na mão e um brilho sádico e concupiscente nos olhos, a árvore ou o poste em que se dará a execução.
Como certas flores do deserto, que só merecem florescer por curtos períodos, de décadas em décadas, a democracia brasileira está, mais uma vez, morta.
É preciso que algum amigo comunique o fato ao Instituto Médico Legal, para que seu corpo seja recolhido da frente do prédio da Suprema Corte e não comece, com o avanço das horas e da putrefação, a incomodar seus augustos ministros e os ilustres vizinhos do Palácio do Planalto e do Congresso Nacional.
Aqueles que amam a Pátria e a Liberdade precisam enterrar, sem mais delongas, ilusões e falsas esperanças o seu cadáver.
E tomar vergonha na cara e organizar, rapidamente, em sua memória, com equilíbrio e lucidez, uma frente ampla e democrática, para combater nas urnas os demônios do fascismo, que já começam a sobrevoar, em círculos, como abutres, a Praça dos Três Poderes, atraídos pelo odor da carcaça em decomposição.
