Presidente da Câmara dos Deputados enviou à Corregedoria da Casa os pedidos de suspensão de 6 meses dos mandatos dos parlamentares denunciados
O presidente da Câmara dos Deputados, Hugo Motta (Republicanos-PB), enviou nesta sexta-feira (8) o pedido de afastamento por até seis meses de 14 deputados da oposição que organizaram o motim e de uma deputada governista, acusada de agressão.
O pedido de Hugo Motta será encaminhado ao Conselho de Ética, que analisará caso a caso e deliberará sobre as respectivas punições.
Entre os acusados estão os deputados Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) e Sóstenes Cavalcantes (PL-RJ), que lideraram o motim.
Motim na Câmara teve ao menos 2 bolsonaristas armados na chegada de Motta
A deputada Camila Jara (PT-MS), que foi acusada pelo PL de ter agredido Nikolas Ferreira, não foi denunciada pela Mesa Diretora.

Em nota, a Mesa Diretora da Câmara afirmou que “se reuniu nesta sexta-feira, 8 de agosto, para tratar das condutas praticadas por diversos deputados federais nos dias 5 e 6. A fim de permitir a devida apuração do ocorrido, decidiu-se pelo imediato encaminhamento de todas as denúncias à Corregedoria Parlamentar para análise.”
